Our cloud-connected monitoring platform aggregates temperature data from warehouse zones, dock doors, vehicle units and trailer probes into a single dashboard. Live alerts are dispatched via SMS and email when thresholds are exceeded, giving your operations team time to intervene before product is compromised.
Transport Refrigeration Servicing
We service ThermoKing and Carrier refrigeration units to manufacturer schedules — fuel filter changes, belt inspections, condenser and evaporator coil cleaning, and refrigerant top-up under our F-Gas certification. Planned servicing extends unit life and reduces the risk of breakdown during a delivery run.
Complete Audit Trail
Every temperature reading, alarm event and engineer visit is recorded with a date-time stamp and stored on our secure platform. Reports can be exported in formats that satisfy BRCGS Storage & Distribution, GDP (for pharmaceutical) and major retailer cold chain due diligence requirements.
Contingency Planning
We work with you to develop a written contingency plan identifying the refrigeration risks at each point in your cold chain and the backup measures in place. Where appropriate, we can arrange standby temporary refrigeration units that can be deployed to your site at short notice if fixed plant fails.
