• Administrative login — a username and password for staff who manage this website's photo gallery. This is not collected from members of the public.

We use the information you submit through the contact form solely to respond to your enquiry, provide a quote, and correspond with you about the services you've asked about. Our legal basis is legitimate interest (responding to a request you initiated) and, where a job proceeds, performance of a contract.

We do not use your data for marketing unless you separately ask us to, and we never share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

4. How Long We Keep It

Enquiry details are kept only as long as needed to respond to you and, where a job proceeds, for our business and accounting records. We periodically review and remove data that's no longer needed.

Contact form submissions are sent by email to our team. We use standard email and website hosting infrastructure to operate this site; those providers may process data on our behalf but do not use it for their own purposes. We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for marketing.

• Session cookie — keeps you securely signed in when submitting the contact form or, for staff, managing the photo gallery. Deleted when your session ends.
• CSRF token cookie — a security cookie that protects forms on this site from being submitted by malicious third-party websites.
